Accounts Receivable Assistant

Accounts Receivable Assistant
Role Purpose:
Support cash flow through collections and accurate cash application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage collections and follow up on overdue invoices. - Perform payment applications. - Resolve customer disputes working with other departments. - Maintain accurate records. - Improve aging balances. - Be able to escalate issues and have an open-minded attitude looking for workarounds and solutions. - Assist in the timely and accurate completion of month-end close.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience managing collections and following up on overdue invoices. - Ability to perform payment applications. - Ability to resolve customer disputes while working with other departments. - Ability to maintain accurate records. - Ability to improve aging balances. - Ability to escalate issues and maintain an open-minded attitude while seeking workarounds and solutions. - Ability to support the timely and accurate completion of month-end close.
