Hours of Operation: Shifts available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PST Job Location: El Segundo Support Center 2260 E Imperial Hwy El Segundo, CA 90245, USA Compensation: Hourly base pay, plus commission plan plus $1,025 training bonus $18.00 - $21.00 base pay per hour/DOE Realistic and conservative bonus earnings are estimated at $350 - $400 per month Agents have the opportunity to earn an additional $300 per month on top of the first bonus based on more challenging metrics for a total monthly bonus amount of $650 - $700 plus hourly rates of pay Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns Schedule new patient appointments Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team Schedule treatment with General Dentist & Hygienists Schedule Specialty consultations for patients with a referral Discuss insurance copayments and payment plans for treatment plans and share Smile Plan with new patients Cancel/Reschedule treatment appointments Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience Ability to accurately type 40 wpm Desire to exceed customer expectations Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Benefits: Employee Assistance Program Medical and pharmacy, dental, vision (for employees and their families) Basic life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance 6 Paid holidays and 1 Paid floating holiday PTO (80 hours per year for hourly; 120 hours per year for salaried) 401k plan with company match CE credits Opportunities for advancement within the company Education Preferred High School or better Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
