Collections Representative

Key Responsibilities Include Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment Working within an auto‑dialer system Handling early‑stage collections (1‑30 days past due) Averaging 80‑120+ calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Schedule Training: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) with first week onsite Post‑Training: Monday – Saturday, 5‑day workweek – shifts: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) Work Environment Hybrid model after training Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter Majority of work performed remotely from home Structured, team‑oriented call center environment with support and coaching Ideal Candidate We're looking for individuals who are: Customer‑focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Motivated, reliable, and goal‑oriented Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.85 – $20.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
