Job Position: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Petersburg, VA (Hybrid)
Hours: Part-Time (24 hours/week | 3 days/week)
Interview Mode: Virtual (Web Cam) or In-Person
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate hardware/software needs & maintain district asset inventory.
- Troubleshoot PCs, phones, software, and audio/visual meeting setups.
- Draft user-friendly technical instructions and communicate solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ year in IT Service Management (Incident, Change & Asset Management).
- 1+ year hands-on hardware/software desktop support.
- 1+ year experience with government agency PC Refresh projects & policies.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- (Preferred) Experience with office moves/cabling or EHR systems.
