Corporate Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that proper accounting and internal controls are in place and functioning, which include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. Responsibilities Oversee all internal and external corporate financial reporting. Oversee the annual budgeting process and the preparation and distribution of the monthly reports on budgets. Oversee (from a business user perspective) all systems and processes supporting financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting software, along with all controls and business processes around the monthly financial consolidations and closing processes. Manage the annual audit process. Conduct financial analysis and calculate operating metrics. Serving in leadership roles within various initiatives surrounding financial planning, capital structure modeling, and business operations is common and an integral part of this role. Education & Credentials Master’s degree required (MBA or MAcc). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. Big Four or large regional public accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including substantial experience in global or multi-entity environments. At least 5 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller leadership role, overseeing accounting operations, consolidated reporting, and internal controls. Experience with complex legal entity structures, diverse operational models, and multi-currency consolidations. Proven success in leading external audits and resolving technical accounting matters.
