Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychological evaluations for new clients to assess their mental health needs and underlying issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress through ongoing sessions, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to address changing needs.

• Document all client interactions securely and accurately to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary to perform the duties of this position.

• At least two years of professional experience in the mental health field, showcasing a track record of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
