As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing GetBuddy to animal shelters and rescue organizations across North America. You'll generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualify inbound interest, and schedule demos for our Account Managers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is highly organized, and wants to build a career in SaaS sales while making a real impact.

• Prospect shelters and rescue organizations through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Research organizations to personalize outreach.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records
• Meet activity and pipeline goals.
• Work closely with marketing to improve messaging and campaigns.
• Continuously learn about the animal welfare industry
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient.
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending high-volume personalized outreach.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Passion for animals is a major plus.
• Previous sales, customer service, fundraising, or nonprofit experience is helpful but not required.
  

• Experience using Salesforce, Monday, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
• Experience working with nonprofits or animal shelters.
• Familiarity with email outreach platforms and prospecting tools.
