Senior Account Executive

Insight Global is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to support one of our premier design-build clients in North/Central New Jersey. This individual will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives on networking, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships across the commercial real estate and construction industries. The successful candidate will engage with business owners, developers, real estate professionals, architects, engineers, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and help deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development efforts and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and corporate decision-makers.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, association meetings, and client engagements.
Lead client presentations, business development meetings, and strategic discussions.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and active opportunities.
Partner closely with architecture, engineering, preconstruction, and construction teams to support client pursuits and project execution.
Expand market presence across commercial construction, healthcare, life sciences, industrial, and real estate sectors.
Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Foster long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referral opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of business development, account management, or sales experience.
Proven track record of winning and growing client accounts.
Experience within commercial construction, design-build, architecture, engineering, real estate, or professional services.
Experience in closing deals with a TCV of or above $5M - $20M
