Un día en este rol
Empiezas a las 8:30 a.m. en un ambiente ordenado y refrigerado (30°ree;F–40°ree;F). Te colocas el equipo adecuado para el frío y, junto a tu equipo, revisas la fruta que llega, seleccionas la que cumple con los estándares, la reempacas con precisión y la etiquetas para que salga a tiempo. Mantienes tu estación limpia, te mueves con agilidad durante toda la jornada y ayudas a que el equipo alcance las metas diarias. A las 5:00 p.m., terminas el turno con la satisfacción de un trabajo bien hecho.

- Reempacar y empacar frutas cumpliendo estándares de calidad.
- Examinar la fruta antes del empaque para asegurar su buen estado.
- Etiquetar y preparar pedidos para su distribución.
- Conservar el área de trabajo ordenada y limpia.
- Respetar normas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria.
- Trabajar con ritmo para alcanzar los objetivos diarios.
- Comodidad para laborar en ambiente frío (30°ree;F a 40°ree;F).
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante 8 horas.
- Disposición para moverse constantemente durante el turno.
- Actitud activa, responsable y puntual.
- Habilidad para colaborar en equipo.
- No se requiere levantar peso.
- Estabilidad en una posición a largo plazo.
- Horario fijo de lunes a viernes.
