Accounting Clerk Santa Ana, CA | $24.00/hr | Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Flexible lunch option (30 minutes or 1 hour) We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to join a growing team in Santa Ana. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and data entry who is looking for a stable full‑time position with a supportive team environment. Accounts Receivable (AR) Process daily cash applications and scanning batches Assist with invoicing and trade ship reports Support billing activities and intercompany invoicing Communicate with customers regarding invoices and collections Send collection emails and respond to account inquiries Accounts Payable (AP) Print and upload vendor invoices into SharePoint Assist with check processing, mailing, and payment preparation General Accounting Support Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month‑end accounting tasks Process and reconcile expense reports using Concur Match expense reports with company credit card statements Maintain organized records and support administrative accounting tasks Qualifications 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience Experience with AP/AR processes required Strong data entry and organizational skills Experience with invoicing and collections Manufacturing industry experience preferred Comfortable using spreadsheets and accounting software Experience with Concur or similar expense systems is a plus Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Offered Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Equal Employment Opportunity: This company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
