Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service systems, ensuring clients have access to holistic care and resources.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and remain abreast of the latest developments in geriatric mental health.

• Assist the Clinic Director with special projects and initiatives that align with the overall mission and strategic goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving older adults experiencing mental health challenges related to aging, including depression, anxiety, loss, and coping with significant life transitions. You will address their unique emotional and psychological needs through a compassionate, respectful approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Washington State.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 95,000 annually, with opportunities for salary growth based on performance and contributions.
