Meta Sales Specialist

Job Summary Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 1180 - Northridge, CA 91324 We are hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to work with Meta’s products. Pay is $20.75 per hour with weekly pay and various bonuses. The schedule is 20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm). Additional shifts may be added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Responsibilities Recommend Meta products to retail shoppers, ensuring a personalized and informative experience. Provide product information and demonstrate Meta AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related technology. Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and making confident recommendations. Collaborate with retail associates and leaders, sharing knowledge to maintain a positive work environment. Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, showcasing the latest devices and promotions. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device. Adhere to all operational policies and represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work weekends and up to three weekday shifts per week. Own a smartphone with iOS 11‑ish or Android equivalent (Samsung S25 or newer). Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20 lbs, and work with fine manipulation; accommodations may be provided for disabilities. Reliable transportation to attend scheduled visits.
