Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate ongoing consultations for crisis management, including developing pre-crisis and crisis plans to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the clinical team.

• Implement positive behavior support plans collaboratively, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance overall patient outcomes.

• Engage in regular participation in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, promoting collaboration and resource-sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges. This patient population includes those in need of substance use recovery support, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients with histories of acquired brain injury. By focusing on personalized care and leveraging your clinical expertise, you will help empower clients to navigate their unique journeys toward emotional wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in Massachusetts is mandatory; candidates from other states are encouraged to apply, as we will cover fees associated with obtaining licensure in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n
