Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, addressing individual client needs through collaborative consultation on crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document client interactions and progress with meticulous attention to regulatory standards and timeliness, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to gather insightful data and inform treatment strategies, collaborating with the clinical team.

• Work in conjunction with your team to establish and implement positive behavior support strategies for a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes, representing the agency at relevant meetings and forums.

• Act as a liaison between clients and service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for the needs of individuals served.

• Maintain open communication channels across departments to uphold contract standards and reinforce our mission throughout the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Through personalized therapy sessions conducted via telehealth, you will empower clients to achieve their recovery goals, cultivate coping strategies, and promote resilience in navigating life's complexities.

Qualifications\n
