This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and assessments from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. The flexibility of telehealth also enables us to serve a diverse clientele across the Kent, Washington area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients, including the utilization of diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that provide shared support and psychoeducation, helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear and achievable goals that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Respond proactively in crisis situations, providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency intervention strategies as required.

• Maintain current knowledge of best practices within the mental health field through ongoing training, workshops, and literature review to enhance your expertise.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to foster a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Completion of at least three years of supervised clinical experience as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
