Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation that meets regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by collaborative clinical team requirements.

• Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute comprehensive positive behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, providing consultation as necessary to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering effective communication channels to promote successful patient outcomes.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure additional resources and partnerships.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and conferences, participating actively in statewide meetings and task forces related to mental health.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the organization's operational needs.
