Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate support and interventions during crisis situations, ensuring clients' safety and well-being, while navigating de-escalation techniques effectively.

• Document and maintain accurate electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and available resources to facilitate self-management of their mental health.

• Collaborate with community resources and other healthcare providers to streamline comprehensive care for clients, including referrals and integrated treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
