Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with your clients' needs, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets all regulatory standards, ensuring compliance throughout the counseling process.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as specified by the clinical team to ensure that clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement robust positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that services delivered meet all required guidelines.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Communicate effectively to foster productive relationships that promote agency mission and community engagement.

• Work to build alliances and partnerships with local and state organizations for enhancing program outreach and securing funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant community meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an (Independent) LMHC license is mandatory.
