Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health histories, challenges, and treatment needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques according to the unique requirements of each client.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, review progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary throughout the course of therapy.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person support, thereby removing barriers to receiving care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation to adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in continuous education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on the latest developments in mental health practices.
