Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and ongoing behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical team to accurately evaluate client progress and needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support strategies tailored to each patient.

• Actively engage in accreditation and licensing processes to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to enhance resource access and cooperation.

• Maintain transparent and effective communication channels to meet program standards and uphold the agency's mission within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote services and seek funding opportunities that align with our mission.

• Dedicate time to professional growth through attending relevant workshops, conferences, and community events.

• Actively promote the agency’s values and philosophy in all interactions, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Perform additional duties as requested by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations and client needs.

Qualifications\n
