This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible schedule that can accommodate client needs and therapist preferences. Our clinic operates from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, giving our counselors the opportunity to create work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to ascertain clients' past experiences and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s recovery needs, emphasizing trauma resilience.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, learn effective coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver integrated care pathways for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance and care.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available support resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in adherence to all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development focused on trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
