Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you a stable routine while enjoying the benefits of remote work.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Salt & Light Therapy, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on initial assessments and continually adjust them based on ongoing client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to implement best practices and enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health therapy and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play an essential role in helping clients navigate their struggles, improve coping mechanisms, and foster resilience in a telehealth setting.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will hold:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior telehealth experience will be preferred, as you will be required to adapt your therapeutic approach to an online format. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
