Leading a high-performing regional team, the full-time salaried Director of Customer Value will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while managing key business accounts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Value Managers to achieve high performance and align with organizational objectives Oversee regional client satisfaction and establish success plans to enhance user adoption and loyalty Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing renewals and conducting data-driven quarterly business reviews Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer-facing teams Strong background in customer relationship management with experience in large, complex accounts Advanced skills in customer data analysis and reporting focused on revenue growth Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with professional English communication proficiency Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
