Document all required meeting materials. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and issues. Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders across the development of workstream strategy and delivery. Plan objectives, define scope and deliverables. Develop project plans including activity sequencing and resource management. Require Prime Brokerage Experience in Client Services, Risk, and Compliance. Understand Margin Requirements and support Collateral Margin Management. Participate in credit and margin industry roundtable discussions. Track new rules and requirements. Research the regulatory impact of new business initiatives on margin policies. Learn about regulatory jurisdictions outside the US and how rules affect inter-affiliate transactions. Improve automation for regulatory compliance processes. Document and enhance regulatory controls and procedures. Participate in external audits and respond to queries from regulators and auditors. Skills: Experience delivering large, multi-functional projects. Proficiency in developing program documentation. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Five+ years of margin operations experience related to Regulation T and Client Rule 4210. Experience in automated environments and process/system improvement recommendations is a plus.
