Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting symptoms related to mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that not only address their specific mental health needs but also align with their personal goals and preferences in therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and enhance coping strategies.

• Provide educational resources and supportive counseling to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders and explore treatment options along with self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to offer integrated care that optimally benefits clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
