Operations Manager - Last-Mile Delivery Lead

Apex People Group in Sterling Heights seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day logistics, drive performance, and supervise drivers and dispatchers. You will own metrics, support staffing and process improvements, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives. This hands-on role requires at least 3+ years in logistics/operations, 2+ years leading teams, and proficiency with DSP tools.
