ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and currently has a small, close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader after previously serving as a State Farm agent, giving me a strong background in leadership, sales, and team development.

I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri and have proudly called Georgia home since 1999. I enjoy building relationships within the community and creating an environment where both our customers and team members feel supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taryn Reiss - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
