Position: Business Development Manager Working hours – 8 hours Location : Las Vegas, USA Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibition and trade shows. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase exhibition participation, and partnerships. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and potential partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition in the market Develop and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Understand client requirements and deliver customized exhibition solutions that align with their business objectives. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, service, and follow-up. Responsible for the one point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Provide input on exhibition designs, layouts, and logistics to meet client requirements and expectations. Understand market trends and client needs to position services effectively. Work closely with the design to align client requirements with feasible, creative, and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in booth design, fabrication, or related industries. Strong understanding of design principles, fabrication processes, and event management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Experience working in the design or architecture industry.
