Warehouse Worker – Key Responsibilities

• Package, label, fill, and inspect products according to established quality standards and work instructions.
• Follow cGMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety protocols.
• Complete production paperwork, documentation, and quality control records accurately.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Support daily production and packaging operations to achieve productivity goals.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Adhere to company policies and regulated manufacturing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work assigned 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or production environments.
• Experience working in regulated industries following cGMP standards.
• Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation.
• Experience meeting productivity and quality metrics.
• Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing repetitive production and packaging tasks.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments when required.
• Capable of bending, reaching, and handling materials throughout the workday.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM | $19.80/hour + Performance Bonus
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $20.70/hour + Performance Bonus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
