Business Analyst

A large semiconductor electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Business Analyst / Junior Developer with Aras PLM (Aras Innovator) experience to support a growing Digital Marketing organization. This role will act as a key liaison across global business functions while also supporting system administration and light development within the Aras platform. This position is critical due to internal team restructuring and increased workload associated with platform ownership and ongoing initiatives, including system upgrades and enhanced support coverage. This is a remote opportunity working EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Aras PLM (Aras Innovator) - required Development Support (Junior-Level)
- Provide light development support within Aras (customization, configuration & supporting integrations/packaging)
- Basic technical skillset including (SQL, XML/AML, XML/API Integrations)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and end u
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
