Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their specific mental health needs and guide treatment direction.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans, setting measurable goals that align with client aspirations for personal growth and recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based, solution-focused modalities, helping adult clients navigate their mental health challenges through real-world applications.

• Provide teletherapy options, making key therapeutic support accessible to clients unable to attend in-person sessions while maintaining high standards of care.

• Address urgent mental health needs through crisis intervention tactics, exhibiting both understanding and clinical expertise to manage acute situations effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training related to current best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on their lives by creating a safe space for open dialogue and personal exploration while providing structured support and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client care and support.
\n
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively oversee caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• A background in working with diverse populations and various socio-economic backgrounds.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to mental health disorders often faced by adults.
