This role operates entirely remotely, allowing for a flexible work setting that prioritizes work-life balance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing structure while allowing ample time for client interaction and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Our client population is diverse, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Massachusetts. Understanding and responding to the unique cultural backgrounds of our clients is paramount, and you will be expected to demonstrate cultural competency in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
