Legal Billing Coordinator

80,000 - 100,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support our Finance team with client billing and invoice processing. Legal or professional services billing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices and pre-bills.
• Review time, expenses, and billing narratives for accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff on billing corrections.
• Process LEDES and e-billing submissions as needed.
• Track billing deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with billing reports and other accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Billing or accounting experience preferred.
• Legal billing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and billing software.
