Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that inform individualized treatment plans for clients seeking counseling services.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the needs of diverse populations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience.
