Key Responsibilities\n

3. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and therapeutic goals. Utilize evidence-based practices to inform your approach and intervention strategies.

4. Psychotherapy: Deliver psychosocial interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to clients with mood disorders, focusing on improving their coping strategies and emotional regulation.

5. Medication Management Collaboration: Work alongside our supervising psychiatrist to coordinate care for clients who may require medication management, offering insights on treatment efficacy and any observed side effects.

Qualifications\n

• a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
