RecruiterLocation: Denver, CO Type: 9 month Contract Compensation: $40.00 - $41.50 per hour Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remoteResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake and strategy development, sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview coordination, offer development and negotiation, and pre-hire activities.Partner and consult with hiring leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, talent availability, and market conditions; develop effective recruiting strategies.Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and other channels.Develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.Serve as a talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing insight on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation considerations, market trends, and the overall hiring process.Build and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.Communicate employer value proposition and opportunities to attract high-quality talent.Provide a consistent, professional, and best-in-class recruitment experience.Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity principles throughout recruiting activities.Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously with high responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.Work independently with employees and leaders at all levels, including senior executives.Maintain knowledge of company programs, compensation practices, talent strategies, and relevant employment policies to support hiring.RequirementsBS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment (direct sourcing, corporate recruitment), including partnership with business leaders.Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies, including sourcing diverse talent pools.Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required; Workday ATS highly preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action.Knowledge of employment law.Strong sourcing and recruiting capabilities, business acumen, relationship-building, sound judgment, and influencing skills.Results-oriented, adaptable, self-directed, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
