Senior Salesforce Project Manager (Health Cloud)
Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days St Louis Park
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring solutions to meet the unique needs of call center environments.

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring solutions to meet the unique needs of call center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects within Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including call center operations, sales, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise in call center processes and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices and call center optimization strategies, offering insights and recommendations to drive business success.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- 1-2 years with Salesforce Health cloud.
