Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, leveraging proven evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' specific needs and challenges.

• Work in collaborative partnerships with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers—to develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services; assess clients in urgent need and facilitate appropriate referrals to ensure they receive the necessary support and care promptly.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of all interactions and treatment progress.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and peer supervision to foster a collaborative learning environment, share best practices, and enhance the quality of care offered to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at King of Divine Counseling Services, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a strong foundation in social work principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
