Project Manager

Position Summary This role can be for a traveling PM who is able to be at the project site during the week and travel home on the weekend or if you are ready to take on a new adventure, a relocation package is part of the deal for the right candidate. Position Details Provide support to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers. Work with craftsmen, foremen, and the owner as a self‑performing organization. Help plan projects from start to finish with an understanding of all moving parts and the process management required. Utilize LEAN principles and understand the owner’s wants and how to deliver. Manage financials and ensure projects stay on track. Continuously develop and nurture customer relationships beyond a single project. Mentor early‑career professionals and help prepare them for the next step in their profession in keeping with the core value “People.” Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, 7–10+ years experience in a related field. Experience at an MEP firm managing multiple MEP projects (required). Experience on projects with process piping (pluses). Design/Build and IPD project experience (pluses). Familiarity with Lean Construction tools (pluses). Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, process piping) including design, construction, and operation. Fanatic about planning, innovating, and improving processes. Ability to plan 3–6 months ahead and achieve successful progress. Strong field production tracking and relationship building skills. Creative problem‑solving, at‑witness experience, and drive for quality delivery. Strong leadership, business acumen, and integrity. Understanding of project financials and forecasting.
