Job Description

The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office and warehouse operations by accurately entering customer and order information, processing sales orders, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced industrial automation environment. The Operations Assistant communicates with team members regarding order status, maintains inventory and sales records, follows established procedures, and assists with shipping, receiving, and general operational support. The role also includes packaging products weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and contributing to efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Training is provided for qualified candidates who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
