Location OT423: TD - DALLAS, TX 2421 State Highway 161 Frontage Road, Irving, TX, 75062 USA Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop build‑on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues Qualifications Elevator industry experience is required 2+ years of account management experience Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required Experience in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization Benefits Long‑term employment contract with the world market leader in a crisis‑proof industry Remuneration in accordance with local standards plus local benefits such as vacation, incentives, and car allowance Intensive training in technology, processes, and soft skills Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work We support work‑life integration, allowing space for both work and your personal life so that you can feel fulfilled in both aspects.
