Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are measurable and focused on their personal goals.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize assessment tools and ongoing feedback to evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults, aged 18-30, suffering from various mental health challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders. Many of our clients are navigating transitional life phases, such as moving into adulthood or managing academic and work-related pressures. Your expertise will be critical in providing them with both therapeutic interventions and the tools needed for lasting success.

Qualifications\n

• Current LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health principles, particularly related to young adult populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Prior experience working in residential or outpatient settings with young adults struggling with mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. In addition, new hires will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
