Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments, including psychoeducational and transitional groups to promote overall mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services and effectively manage patient caseloads through regular check-ins and follow-ups.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, maintaining accurate and timely records for each patient.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000.
