Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients entering the Detox program to establish a baseline for treatment.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various psychotherapeutic modalities to support patients dealing with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

• Perform crisis intervention techniques proactively and reactively to support patients in distress, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records documenting treatment interventions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for our patients.

• Participate in staff training, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with industry changes.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes within the detox and recovery processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
