About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead the definition and execution of its growth strategy within the defense and national security markets. This pivotal role is focused on building a scalable and repeatable growth engine, with a key emphasis on expanding market presence, and translating early customer traction into long-term, sustainable revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, customer segments, and use cases, as well as for owning the entire sales process from early engagement to transition. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, as is the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to the organization. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in scaling revenue, particularly in early-stage or high-growth environments, and a strong background in selling to government, defense, or dual-use markets. The role requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, stakeholder-driven buying processes, and the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term market positioning. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of representing the voice of the customer internally, and will have experience in building and leading high-performing teams. A U.S. government security clearance is also a necessary qualification for this role.
