Driving growth and maximizing sales opportunities, the full-time remote Director of National Accounts will manage relationships with key accounts in the national convenience store channel, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee contract negotiations. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while pursuing new business opportunities in the chain store segment Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals Continuously analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maintain and grow market share Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or industry certifications are advantageous 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years managing key/national account relationships Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with similar key accounts Experience in consultative sales and developing relationships across various organizational levels Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
