Ensure proper management of cash flow, investments, and financial risk. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental excellence. Profile A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. A track record of delivering results in the FMCG industry or a similar fast‑paced environment. Strong experience with CPG Distribution.
