Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial office location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts. Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and maintaining a visible presence that helps promote order throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
