Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Full Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
\n
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support for each child.
\n
• Monitoring and overseeing the progress of interventions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to adapt strategies based on child and family feedback.
\n
• Providing consistent assistance to families, helping them navigate resources and strategies to promote their child's developmental growth.
\n
• Building rapport with children and their families to foster a supportive and trusting environment that optimizes learning.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based practices and effective coaching in natural environments to enhance integration and learning.
\n
• Adhering strictly to all federal and state regulations as well as organizational policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, particularly infants and toddlers, who may face disabilities or developmental delays. You will assess and assist in the growth of critical developmental domains including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The emphasis will be on facilitating Early Intervention (EI) services that support families as they foster their child's development during these formative years.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this vital position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to travel for client meetings and assessments.

Preferred Experience\n
