Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional needs and relationship dynamics comprehensively.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focusing on measurable outcomes and effective therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific issues, such as trauma, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness, including workshops and informational sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, delivering immediate support and using relevant methodologies to de-escalate situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Diversus, your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with emotional and relational challenges. You will address issues ranging from trauma and conflict resolution to life transitions and chronic stress. Your empathetic approach and expertise will contribute to meaningful improvements in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Tennessee .
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in clinical judgment and the ability to seek consultation when necessary.
\n
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in practice.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing trauma-informed care and working with families in crisis, as well as assisting clients through significant life transitions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly in community health environments.

• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and documentation.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
